Why I started this
This started with a friend.
He and his wife run five PGs in India. For years the whole thing lived in one fat logbook and in their heads — every enquiry, every empty bed, every “I'll pay next week,” every geyser that broke at the worst possible time.
It wasn't a software problem. It was two people carrying an entire business in their memory, with nowhere to set it down.
That's what hoopmo is: built in the open, shaped by the operators who run these places.
